AMD’s Radeon HD 3650 seems to be mainstream solution which bridges a gap between the ENTRY Level HD 3400 and an highend HD 3800 series GPU’s.It features a decent gameplay and smooth video playback.

Since it is a mainstream card you can play games at higher resolutions with low effects.

It is a competitor for GEFORCE 8500 GT and GEFORCE 8600 GT.

CONCLUSION:

Sapphire Radeon HD3650 has less framerates in older games such as F.E.A.R etc when comparing it with GEFORCE 8500 GT and GEFORCE 8600 GT.But it will have higher framerates in New and Next-Gen games such as “CALL OF JUAREZ”,”CRYSIS” etc.
